In the process of making a new series of sculptures, installations, paintings, and screen prints for July’s show at Space 1026 in Philadelphia. So pumped to share it! Here are some peeks at what I’ve been up to…
Thank you Galerie Project in Brooklyn for inviting me to show at their exhibition September 21st at LightSpace Studios which will feature artist ranging from performance, video, painting, and sculpture paired with the sounds of select electronic musical artist performing through out the event. The Paradigm Gallery Online Store Paradigm Gallery Online Store has all the works of “The Endless One” available for purchase and shipment now! Jason Chen (of Juggling Wolf and Paradigm Gallery) also photographed the large scale pieces and we have them available as limited edition giclees, the picture below is an example of “The Endless One” print. All the screen prints are also available as well as the original sketches, custom framed that started the ideas for the series.
Thank you to everyone who came out to The Endless One opening and have supported the work. It was wonderful meeting so many of you! Also thank you to Sara McCorriston and Jason Chen of Paradigm Gallery for making it all come together. Jason Chen also took some wonderful photos of the work that have been made into limited edition giclee prints that are available on the Paradigm online store , along with the screen prints, full scale pieces, and custom framed drawings that began the series. The Endless One series was featured in the High Fructose and Juxtapoz Magazine websites.
May is here! Officially counting down until The Endless One show on Friday May 24th at Paradigm Gallery. I am excited but…wow…I have a lot of work ahead of me. Building these pieces has been such a challenge. I have been experimenting with making things more 3 dimensional and it has been interesting to see how each layer enters into the surrounding space it inhabits. Here is a picture of the finished face plate for the new piece Eternal New.
Trying to figure out a way to light this how I’ve been envisioning it. Almost there…This is the center of the new piece. I’m thinking sunset cyclone forming around the birth of a dwarf star…
