As promised here is a walk through of the room design by Derek Warburton of Derek Loves Shopping for the Design on a Dime/ Housing Works Benefit Show, held at the Metropolitan Pavilion in New York May 6-8. The blue piece shown was the donated piece for the show designed specifically for Derek’s room.

Excited to have had the opportunity to work with Derek Warburton of Derek Love’s Shopping to create a piece to go in the room he created for Design on a Dime, in collaboration with Housing Works, an organization committed to ending the crisis of AIDS and homelessness. The money from this event will go towards a new housing development project in New York consisting of 12 permanent units of supportive housing for single, formerly homeless adults living with HIV/AIDS. Digital Ferret is hosting a Cancer Benefit Art Show/ C.D. release party at their headquarters located on 732 south 4th street this Saturday, April 3rd from 6-10 pm. Donations from the audience and purchasing art work will go to the non-profit organization “Foundation for Cancer Research and Wellness”. This new piece The Gardener’s Cord will be in the show along with a long list of some fantastic artists and musicians.

a solo exhibition displaying new works is opening tonight at The Toothless Cat Gallery. The Reception is 6-10 pm. The gallery is located on 2nd and germantown in the Piazza.
